Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the team assigned to the critical environments portfolio to ensure operational continuity and reliability.
• Oversee staff development, performance management, and execution of succession and growth plans.
• Maintain positive client relationships and manage service delivery commitments from initiation through completion.
• Monitor and report on SLA/KPI metrics while developing action plans for improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement innovative programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Manage the operational and capital expense budgets including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Oversee the development and approval of MOPS, SOPs, and EOPs for critical facilities.
• Ensure all operations comply with contract terms, local laws, and federal regulations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum seven years of experience leading a critical facilities management team including UPS, Generator, Mechanical, and Life Safety systems.
• Solid technical knowledge of critical technology environment systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Project, and CMMS databases.
• Strong skills in client relationship management and communication.
• Ability to manage high volumes of complex tasks in a mission-critical environment.
• Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.
• Professional credentials such as CFM or FMP are desired.
