What you'll do

Provide direct leadership and operational oversight to the on-site critical environment engineering team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical solutions and engineering services.
Manage and optimize critical facility systems including UPS, emergency generators, and precision cooling.
Oversee comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs and coordinate vendor services.
Lead the site change control process by preparing Method of Procedures (MOPs) and risk assessments.
Direct responses to technical emergencies and lead root cause analysis for critical incidents.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators using CMMS and DCIM platforms.

What we're looking for

Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in critical environment engineering, data center operations, or mission-critical facilities management.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience managing critical environment engineering teams in a 24/7/365 operational setting.
Proven hands-on experience in Tier III/IV mission-critical facility environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of critical building systems including UPS, emergency power generation, precision HVAC, and fire suppression.
Proficiency with CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred), ServiceNow change management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to regional sites up to 25% of the time.
