What you'll do

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on cooling systems, electrical equipment, generators, and fire suppression systems.
Monitor building management systems to respond promptly to alarms and alerts.
Diagnose and resolve operational issues involving electrical, mechanical, and network components.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of new data center equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory updates, and equipment status reports.
Manage work orders using CMMS, coordinate vendor activities, and handle customer-facing tickets.
Ensure site safety by following all regulatory requirements and reporting potential hazards to senior staff.

What we're looking for

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and technical procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work from heights using ladders up to 30 ft.
Ability to work rotating graveyard shifts, holidays, and respond to site emergencies.
Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, and/or critical environments (preferred).
