What you'll do

Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure including UPS systems, generators, cooling units, and power distribution components.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
Troubleshoot and resolve alarms or equipment failures promptly to restore service to the data center.
Monitor BMS and DCIM platforms to track environmental conditions, power usage, and system performance metrics.
Execute planned maintenance windows, infrastructure upgrades, and expansion projects following established change control procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors during equipment installations, repairs, and commissioning activities.
Respond to emergency situations such as power failures or cooling malfunctions as part of a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance logs, incident reports, and standard operating procedures.

What we're looking for

Associate's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in data center operations, critical facilities management, or industrial/commercial building maintenance.
Hands-on experience with mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems including UPS, generators, and HVAC units.
Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA) or similar credential (preferred).
Electrical or HVAC trade certification/license (preferred).
OSHA safety training and First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
