What you'll do

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on all building equipment and infrastructure.
Respond to and resolve tenant service requests in a prompt and professional manner.
Maintain fire life safety systems including extinguishers, suppression systems, and alarm contacts.
Repair electrical components such as breakers, switches, receptacles, and lighting fixtures.
Maintain plumbing components including water heaters, pumps, sinks, and piping.
Assist with construction projects, special event setups, and general handyman tasks.
Complete compliance documentation and reports to meet JLL's operational standards.

What we're looking for

Several years of construction or building engineering related experience (preferably within a data center environment).
Trade or Maintenance License (preferred).
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience with various types of hand tools and the use of diagnostic equipment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and work on ladders, roofs, and in confined spaces.
Proven safety record and ability to interpret engineering drawings and equipment manuals.
Proficiency in computer skills including email, Word, and Excel.
CFC Universal Refrigerant Certification; exposure to a CMMS system like Corrigo (preferred).
