What you'll do

Monitor and track critical infrastructure maintenance and repairs to ensure compliance with established service level agreements.
Perform standard diagnostics and repairs on engineering systems while escalating complex issues as necessary.
Manage incidents impacting data center infrastructure and execute emergency operation plans during abnormal events.
Document critical changes and represent the engineering team in change advisory board meetings.
Create, maintain, and update best-in-class policies, procedures, and technical reports for project decision-making.
Coordinate with vendors to manage contract administration, site access, and the procurement of essential supplies like fuel and parts.
Train new team members and share technical knowledge to support organizational growth.

What we're looking for

Must have 8 years of experience in data center critical infrastructure or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and system reliability over time.
Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Proficiency in managing maintenance using Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) tools.
Experience with permit-to-work processes and requirements for safe operations.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
