What you'll do

Perform routine rounds of data center equipment to ensure proper operation.
Monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for performance and alarms.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls equipment including sensors to resolve issues promptly.
Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and controls systems to maintain reliability.
Respond to system alerts and perform timely corrective actions.
Document operational readings and maintenance activities in logs or CMMS.
Support emergency procedures during power outages, equipment failures, or environmental incidents.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools for all critical systems.

What we're looking for

Must be a Local 399 Operating Engineer.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and Roof Top Units.
Knowledge of building automation, water treatment, and fire life safety systems.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
