The ideal candidate has a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering with extensive experience in metallurgy, electrochemistry, laboratory work, and advanced materials characterization techniques. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, and excellent collaboration skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

What we're looking for

  • B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in metallurgy, electrochemistry, and materials performance under complex environmental stresses.
  • Laboratory work experience including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and advanced characterization methods.
  • Proficiency in structured experimental design, statistical analysis, and reliability engineering techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
