Mechanical Engineer IV

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from initial concept to final productization.
• Create 3D CAD models for components made from metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings.
• Apply GD&T standards and industry best practices to ensure all technical documentation meets company requirements.
• Perform detailed engineering analyses including FEA, thermal, stress, vibration, and fluid/gas flow dynamics.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop test plans to characterize and validate design performance.
• Produce high-quality technical reports and presentations to communicate design intent during formal reviews.
• Deliver critical project documentation including FMEA, technical specifications, risk analysis, and test specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers within the engineering team.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Master's degree with 6+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, and SolidWorks.
• Experience in conducting structural, FEA, thermal, stress, vibration, and fluid/gas flow analysis.
• Expertise in GD&T standards and technical documentation for manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver technical presentations.
• Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or leading projects is preferred.
