Manager, Systems Engineering

What you'll do

• Coordinate build activities in restricted regions and serve as liaison between build engineers and commercial service teams.
• Resolve complex technical issues, conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and transition findings to the Global Solutions team.
• Automate detection and resolution of recurring build issues to improve processes within restricted environments.
• Ensure all work aligns with internal compliance policies and prepare technical proposals for new work opportunities.
• Manage a team of developers or engineers in a restricted environment, driving operational excellence.

What we're looking for

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph required.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team in a restricted environment.
• Systems engineering experience in enterprise-scale internet service engineering or related support role.
• Proven ability to automate processes and resolve complex issues.
• Expertise in Kubernetes-based deployments and AWS CLI/SDKs (preferred).
• Experience within Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD) environments (preferred).
