Manager, Systems Engineering

What you'll do

• Coordinate build activities within restricted regions and environments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between build engineers and commercial service teams.
• Resolve complex technical issues with staff and conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
• Transition technical findings from RCAs to the Global Solutions team.
• Automate the detection and resolution of recurring build issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements within restricted environments.
• Ensure all work aligns with internal compliance policies.
• Prepare or assist with technical proposals for new work opportunities.

What we're looking for

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen who does not hold dual citizenship.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI).
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of developers or engineers in a restricted environment.
• Experience in systems engineering for enterprise-scale internet service engineering or related support roles.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or higher is preferred.
• Expertise in Kubernetes-based deployments and development is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AWS using Command Line Interface (CLI) or Software Development Kits (SDKs) is preferred.
