What you'll do

Manage and develop a systems engineering team through resource assignment, work prioritization, and performance management.
Lead technical execution for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) programs across the full system lifecycle.
Oversee requirements decomposition, traceability, and verification planning for hardware, software, firmware, and networking components.
Manage subcontractor activities including statements of work, design oversight, and validation efforts.
Drive technical risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution for development and production efforts.
Lead internal and external technical reviews, customer briefings, and milestone assessments.
Support proposal strategy, technical volume creation, and customer demonstrations for classified mission pursuits.
Ensure high-quality technical artifacts such as specifications, interface control documents, and test plans meet customer standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 12 years of experience, or a Graduate degree and at least 10 years of experience.
Minimum of 5 years of technical leadership or engineering management experience on complex EW, defense, or aerospace programs.
Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
Experience leading systems engineering for Electronic Warfare, electronic attack, RF, or airborne mission systems (preferred).
Experience leading teams through complex customer engagements with DoD, IC, or other national security customers (preferred).
Knowledge of systems engineering processes including architecture development, interface definition, integration, and verification (preferred).
Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility or access (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
