What you'll do

Lead a team of program integrators to drive horizontal and vertical integration across multiple integrated product teams.
Manage core program management competencies including strategic reporting, risk management, change management, and Earned Value Management.
Coordinate with stakeholders to refine requirements and establish cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
Prepare briefing materials for both customers and senior leadership regarding program progress and issues.
Identify risks and opportunities throughout the execution of restricted development contracts.
Support proposal activities for multiple contracts and participate in process improvement initiatives.
Ensure staffing and scheduling forecasts are feasible and aligned with program goals.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience or a Master's degree and 6 years of related experience.
Experience must include project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management functions.
Must have experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Must have experience in Earned Value Management, including program cost and schedule management.
Must have experience in Risk and Opportunity Management.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
Must possess an active or in-scope US Government Secret clearance with the ability to attain Special Program Access.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
