What you'll do

Manage all technical, financial, and schedule aspects of assigned programs.
Maintain P&L responsibility for assigned programs.
Define requirements with technical stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for status and performance.
Lead a cross-functional team to ensure roles and responsibilities are executed.
Act as the primary customer interface for all program activities and review sessions.
Develop and manage technical performance metrics for assigned projects.
Identify and execute plans to mitigate program risks and issues.
Ensure program-wide focus on safety, reliability, cost, and schedule.

What we're looking for

US citizenship is required.
A current/active U.S. government Secret clearance is required.
A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related professional/military experience, or a Master’s degree and 6 years of related professional/military experience is required.
Experience in project or program management is required.
Experience supporting programs within an engineering, manufacturing, production, and global supply chain environment is required.
Experience applying business and financial management principles to program cost, schedule, forecasting, budgeting, and performance decisions is required.
Experience supporting programs involving electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) systems, products, or technologies is required.
Experience with Infrared (IR) camera systems, cost account management, ERP systems, or Agile methodology is preferred.
