What you'll do

Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
Monitor project progress and develop mechanisms for intervention and problem-solving with managers and clients.
Develop, implement, and maintain tools and templates to track project status and performance metrics.
Prepare status reports and presentations for internal meetings and customer engagements.
Conduct risk and opportunity management practices including identification and mitigation of potential issues.
Manage government or customer-supplied property and information such as GFE and CFE.
Execute tasks related to the proposal process from request for proposal through contract award.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance.
For Level 2: 2 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or a Master's degree in related fields.
For Level 3: 5 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills.
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Management Framework (IMF).
Ability to manage cultural differences and ensure compliance with US legal frameworks for international trade.
