What you'll do

Deliver all contractual requirements on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Manage all phases of the program life cycle from proposal development through contract closeout.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet specific program objectives.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, capture planning, and proposal development.
Manage program budgets and schedules using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
Identify, allocate, and manage program resources including workforce planning and supplier management.
Conduct thorough risk and opportunity management practices including identification and mitigation.
Cultivate customer relationships to develop further opportunities within the customer community.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
A current/active U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 8 years of relevant professional experience is required.
Master’s degree in a STEM field with 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
Professional experience must include supporting U.S. Government contracts, customers, and/or technology or R&D programs.
Demonstrated experience serving as a Technical Lead, Task Lead, or Project Lead managing cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
Demonstrated experience applying program management tools such as EVMS, IMP, IMS, Risk and Opportunity Management, and change management boards.
Active U.S. Top Secret clearance (preferred).
