What you'll do

Manage overall program execution performance including cost, schedule, and technical alignment for assigned scope.
Ensure all program commitments are executable and aligned with established baselines and contractual requirements.
Identify and manage program risks and opportunities while driving proactive mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, software, engineering, and supply chain to meet objectives.
Provide clear status communications and lead program reviews for leadership and governance forums.
Drive issue resolution across functional boundaries to ensure alignment between requirements and execution.
Monitor health indicators and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project performance.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and internal governance standards.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Secret clearance at the time of application.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related professional experience or a Master’s degree and 3 years of related professional experience.
Experience leading program or project execution in a complex defense or aerospace environment.
Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, and performance.
Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
Strong communication and briefing skills for leadership and customer audiences.
Preferred experience with IBCS, manufacturing production programs, Earned Value Management, and FMS execution.
