What you'll do

Own overall program execution performance for the assigned scope within the IBCS portfolio.
Lead cost, schedule, and technical performance alignment to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Manage program risks and opportunities by driving proactive mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, software, engineering, and supply chain to deliver objectives.
Provide clear and concise status communications to leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead program reviews and represent the program in formal governance forums.
Monitor program health indicators and implement corrective actions as required.
Maintain compliance with all contractual requirements and internal governance standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related professional experience; OR Master’s degree and 3 years of related professional experience.
Experience leading program or project execution in a complex defense or aerospace environment.
Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, and performance.
Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
Strong communication and briefing skills for leadership and customer audiences.
Active Secret clearance required at time of application.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience with IBCS or similar defense systems (preferred).
