What you'll do

Manage program cost, schedule, performance, quality, and supplier relationships for the RQ-4 portfolio.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, and contract negotiations.
Develop and maintain project baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar control methodologies.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet technical performance objectives and customer requirements.
Perform risk and opportunity management by identifying, mitigating, and tracking potential program issues.
Manage government-supplied property and information while ensuring compliance with all contract scopes.
Track and fulfill all contractual technical requirements and internal corporate policies.
Deliver performance reports and presentations to customers, executive management, and other stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience.
Experience in project management, program management, engineering leadership, capture efforts, proposals, or business management.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost and schedule control methodologies.
Ability to develop and manage schedules for major projects or programs.
Ability to apply knowledge of business and financial concepts to program decisions and performance.
STEM degree (preferred); experience managing engineering teams, sustainment efforts, or high altitude platforms (preferred).
