What you'll do

Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for the AN/SPY-6 portfolio of programs.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet specific program objectives.
Develop and manage budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
Support proposal development and negotiation of contracts, changes, and operating budgets.
Identify, track, and complete program requirements while managing project baselines.
Manage supplier relationships and government-supplied property to meet program goals.
Conduct risk and opportunity management practices including identification and mitigation.
Deliver performance reports and presentations to executive management and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years, Master’s Degree and 6+ years, or a PhD and 4+ years of relevant project management experience.
Experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost, and meeting requirements as a project lead, IPT lead, or cost account manager.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
Previous experience leading or supporting proposal efforts in roles such as proposal manager, program manager, pricing analyst, or functional lead.
Strong organization and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external customers.
U.S. citizenship required (no dual citizenships).
CAM certification (preferred).
Experience with production programs, operations, engineering, MS Project, high-value proposals, or familiarity with FAR/DFAR (preferred).
