What you'll do

Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Manage the full program lifecycle from proposal development through execution and contract closeout.
Develop and maintain budget baselines using Earned Value Management or similar control methodologies.
Perform risk and opportunity management by identifying, mitigating, and realizing potential impacts.
Negotiate contracts, changes, specifications, operating budgets, and key terms with stakeholders.
Manage program resources including workforce planning and supplier oversight to meet objectives.
Create and finalize program Statements of Work while tracking all contract requirements.
Cultivate customer relationships and develop new business through strategic planning and proposal development.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 6 years experience, or a Bachelor of Science in STEM and 5 years of related experience.
Master's degree and 4 years experience, or a Master of Science in STEM and 3 years of related experience.
Experience as a project lead, integrated program team leader, cost account manager, or leading teams to achieve common goals.
Basic competency in Project Management skills and toolsets.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Degree in science, engineering, or business; experience in aerospace/defense, DoD, NASA, PMP certification, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or an active clearance (preferred).
