What you'll do

Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs within the E-2D Production IPT.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet contract requirements and performance objectives.
Monitor master plans and schedules while identifying and mitigating program risks and opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, changes, specifications, operating budgets, and key terms with customers.
Develop and manage budget baselines using Earned Value Management or similar cost control tools.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure all components meet program objectives.
Create and finalize Program Statements of Work and track the completion of requirements.
Direct a diverse workforce including technical, operations, and administrative personnel.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience (or BS in STEM and 9 years) or Master's degree and 8 years experience (or MS in STEM and 7 years).
Experience must include project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher (preferred).
Prior experience with E-2 programs (preferred).
Prior experience in managing Navy contracts (preferred).
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period (preferred).
