What you'll do

  • Manage all phases of the program lifecycle including proposal development, execution, and contract closeout.
  • Oversee program cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure all contractual requirements are met.
  • Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to achieve specific project goals and milestones.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and develop new business opportunities through strategic planning and proposal development.
  • Manage budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost and schedule control tools.
  • Conduct risk and opportunity management by identifying, mitigating, and tracking potential program issues.
  • Negotiate contracts, changes, specifications, and operating budgets with stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage supplier relationships and government-supplied property to ensure project objectives are met.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A current or active DoD Top Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain an SCI.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of related professional/military experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or project management in a related industry.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading project or program execution including responsibility for schedule, cost, and performance requirements.
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing program plans, schedules, cost baselines, and Earned Value Management (EVM) data.
  • Experience identifying, assessing, tracking, and mitigating program risks and opportunities.
  • Experience leading and executing cyber-related programs (preferred).
  • Experience establishing and managing technical performance measures or baselines (preferred).
  • Experience leading program integration activities across multiple functions and teams throughout the lifecycle (preferred).
