What you'll do

Manage all phases of the program life cycle from proposal development through contract closeout.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, capture planning, and proposal development.
Monitor and report program performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost control methodologies.
Negotiate contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, and schedule milestones.
Identify, track, and manage program requirements and design concepts for product research and development.
Conduct thorough risk and opportunity management practices including identification and mitigation.
Manage suppliers and government-supplied property to ensure program objectives are met.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience, a Master’s degree and 6 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience is required.
Experience must include supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries.
3 years of experience leading technical performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements is required.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and tools is required.
Demonstrated ability to plan, estimate, cost, acquire, schedule, and retire resources to satisfy program requirements is required.
A current/active DoD Secret clearance is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or a similar field is preferred.
Experience leading RF product development and production is preferred.
Experience managing various contract types including CPFF, FPIF, and FFP is preferred.
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) is preferred.
Active/current DoD Top Secret clearance is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to obtain additional clearances such as SAP or SCI is preferred.
