What you'll do

  • Manage technical, financial, contractual, and schedule aspects of multiple programs with P&L responsibility.
  • Lead customer communications and program review sessions to address cost, schedule, and performance issues.
  • Capture new business by developing relationships and managing bid and proposal efforts.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers for assigned programs.
  • Develop and adhere to Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program execution.

What we're looking for

  • 9 years of relevant Program Management experience or 7 years with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
  • Experience managing all aspects of program execution including planning, implementation across Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and contracting
  • Ability to manage external customers and internal functional teams through engineering, development, hardware fabrication, and testing/validation
  • Demonstrated financial management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and recognizing/capturing program changes
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
