What you'll do

Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for contracts and large-scale program subsystems.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during program review sessions.
Identify program risks and opportunities while implementing solutions like resource allocation or specification changes.
Direct the work of employees across technical, manufacturing, and administrative departments.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, operating budgets, and contract terms.
Establish design concepts and engineering efforts for product research, development, and testing.
Manage budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and tools.
Lead the execution of programs from inception through completion across multiple sites.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience, or a STEM Bachelor's and 9 years experience.
Must have a Master's degree and 8 years experience, or a STEM Master's and 7 years experience.
Experience must include project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management.
Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple agile release teams is required.
Experience with composite materials and large scale assembly operations is required.
Ability to develop and adhere to budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance and a Special Access Programs (SAP) clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
