What you'll do

Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Manage the full program lifecycle from proposal development through execution and contract closeout.
Track and manage program requirements including Statement of Work creation and baseline management.
Develop and maintain budget baselines using Earned Value Management or similar control tools.
Perform risk and opportunity management by identifying, mitigating, and realizing potential impacts.
Negotiate contracts, changes, specifications, and operating budgets with stakeholders and customers.
Manage program resources including workforce planning and supplier performance to meet objectives.
Cultivate customer relationships and develop new business through strategic planning and proposal development.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Prior experience in manufacturing is required.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience supporting U.S. Government contracts/projects.
5 years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and meeting all requirements as a project lead or similar role.
Basic competency in Project Management skills and toolsets.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred: PMP certification, aerospace/defense experience, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
