What you'll do

Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Manage the full program lifecycle from initial proposal development through contract closeout.
Track and complete program requirements while managing scope through formal control board activities.
Develop and maintain budget baselines using Earned Value Management or similar cost control tools.
Conduct risk and opportunity management practices to identify, mitigate, and realize potential issues.
Manage supplier relationships and government-supplied property to meet program goals.
Deliver performance reports and presentations to customers, executive management, and other stakeholders.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, capture planning, and proposal development.

What we're looking for

Must possess U.S. Citizenship.
Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience supporting U.S. Government contracts/projects.
5 years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and meeting all requirements as a project lead or account manager.
Basic competency in Project Management skills and toolsets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred: Degree in science, engineering, or business.
Preferred: PMP certification and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
