What you'll do

Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Manage the full program life cycle from proposal development through startup, execution, and contract closeout.
Develop and monitor budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost control tools.
Identify, track, and manage program requirements while establishing subordinate baselines.
Conduct risk and opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation, and realization.
Manage suppliers and government-supplied property to ensure program objectives are met.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, capture planning, and proposal development.
Deliver performance presentations to customers, executive management, and other key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience OR a Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience supporting U.S. Government contracts or project management.
5 years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements as a project lead, IPT lead, or cost account manager.
Basic competency in project management skills and toolsets.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Degree in a science, engineering, or business program (preferred).
Experience in aerospace/defense, DoD, NASA, PMP certification, or Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies (preferred).
