What you'll do

Lead team engagement with Design Engineering on PCB/PCBA DFM feedback and early escalation of manufacturing challenges.
Own PCBA Manufacturing Qualification process at contract manufacturers, including readiness requirements and milestone reviews.
Drive adoption of new manufacturing technology to enhance PCBA quality, reliability, throughput, and cost.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve pre-production issues and improve yields for production ramp.
Oversee failure investigations, ensuring root cause identification and corrective action by the team.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience managing engineering teams across interdisciplinary groups for product design execution.
Extensive experience in PCBA/PCB production processes and manufacturing engineering.
Proven ability to drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback upstream with Design Engineering.
Working knowledge of board assembly equipment including stencil, paste print, SPI, pick & place, SMT reflow, AOI, 5DX, selective solder, flying probe, and wash.
Strong track record in building, developing, and leading engineering teams to solve technical product manufacturability issues.
