As a Sr. PCB Manufacturing Eng for Amazon Leo, you will join the hardware development team to bring complex electronic designs for satellite hardware to reality. You will work closely with Design Engineering and Supplier Manufacturing teams to optimize designs for manufacturing while improving yield, cycle time, and cost. Your daily responsibilities include driving Design for Excellence, owning the PCB manufacturing technical roadmap, and investigating failures to identify root causes. You will utilize data to drive reliability and quality objectives for satellite bus and payload components. Required skills include expertise in PCB fabrication processes like etching, lamination, drilling, and copper plating, as well as DFM and DFx analysis. You must also possess experience with HDI technologies, controlled impedance stackup design, and IPC-6012 or IPC-A-600 Class 3 compliance.
