What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in new hardware product development.
Experience managing engineering teams and leading strategic initiatives.
Strong background in DFx including cost, test, and manufacturing aspects.
Ability to analyze data for identifying failure trends and recommending improvements.
Hands-on debugging skills with expertise in determining root causes of failures.
Preferred: Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering or related field.
Experience developing products for large volume production environments.
