What you'll do

Drive APQP tools including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow diagrams for new design developments.
Lead complex assembly test failure investigations by engaging with design and manufacturing teams.
Utilize SPC tools to identify critical test parameters and proactively manage product and process variations.
Develop and lead Quality Management System activities, including process definition, validation, and part qualification.
Lead Material Review Board discussions to determine dispositions for nonconforming materials in the production facility.
Perform root cause corrective action investigations to reduce defect rates in production processes.
Collaborate with Supplier Quality and Engineering teams to develop and qualify inspection and monitoring methods.
Conduct audit activities and continuous improvement projects to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
2+ years of experience leading APQP tools including PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, SPC, and MSA.
2+ years of experience performing root cause analysis for PCBA or mechanical failure.
2+ years of experience with data querying (SQL), scripting (Python), or statistical software (R, SAS, Matlab).
2+ years of experience in semi-automated/fully automated process improvement and error proofing systems like Keyence or Cognex.
Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent is preferred.
