What you'll do

Manage a team of test process and frontline support engineers for phased-array antenna manufacturing.
Own the strategy and execution for functional tests in compliance with MIL-STD-810, SMC-S-016, and MIL-STD-1540 standards.
Serve as the primary technical authority for the maintenance, calibration, and commissioning of automated test equipment.
Troubleshoot and identify root causes of test process issues to implement corrective actions.
Establish and improve functional test processes to maximize output and enable rapid transition to rate production.
Execute initiatives to reduce lead time, increase productivity, and ensure product quality through lean manufacturing.
Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to align on priorities for continuous improvement and new process development.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of engineering team management experience.
5+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance, or hands-on engineering environment experience.
5+ years of experience working directly on the design or manufacture of phased-array antennas (preferred).
Experience leading manufacturing of components and assemblies for Space applications (preferred).
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
