Design, validate, and execute internal AIforce capabilities across Slack, Customer 360, Agentforce, and Data 360.

Lead pre-GA business readiness testing to pressure-test architecture limits and surface technical friction.
Manage complex AIforce initiatives from problem definition through validation, operational readiness, and platform-scale rollout.
Coordinate across Product, Architecture, and GTM teams to resolve system dependencies and governance gaps.

What we're looking for
6-8 years of experience in program management, technical strategy, or a related field.
Proven experience with API-first architectures and solid systems thinking.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs across engineering, product management, and business operations teams.
Experience with financial/ROI modeling, business case development, process optimization, and tracking commercial metrics.
Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into compelling executive readouts and customer-facing narratives.
Strong familiarity with Process-to-Cash (P2C), Go-To-Market (GTM) operations, and enterprise sales workflows.
