Senior Director, Technical Program Management, Field Service

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the Field Service operating model to align business goals and resource allocation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders by providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead high-cadence forums and deep dive reviews to unblock technical hurdles and ensure milestones are met.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agentforce Field Service portfolio and manage complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers to scale AI strategy impact.
• Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive change within Product & Technology to foster innovation while maintaining SaaS delivery rigor.

What we're looking for

• You have 10–15+ years of professional experience leading large-scale enterprise product programs in a fast-paced environment.
• You have 5+ years of people management experience at the Director level or above.
• You have a well-established record of building and growing teams, managing leaders, and navigating personnel issues.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model and Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles at massive scale.
• You have familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Go-To-Market (GTM) motions (preferred).
• You have foundational knowledge or training in AI frameworks and their application in enterprise software (preferred).
• You hold professional Agile Scrum certifications such as CSP-SM or CSP-PO (preferred).
• You can translate complex technical roadmaps into business value for non-technical stakeholders (preferred).
