What you'll do

  • Develop and deploy internal AI tools to enhance CX team productivity and accuracy.
  • Measure and report on the impact of internal AI adoption and tool effectiveness.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in CX strategy or AI operations with experience in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Proven track record managing teams and delivering results in customer support roles.
  • Experience owning and improving AI initiatives from analysis to rollout with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with conversation data and AI performance metrics.
  • Technical fluency with AI-enabled CX platforms and ability to partner confidently with Engineering.
