Manager, AI Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the AI engineering function by defining technical architecture, development practices, and reusable patterns for production-grade solutions.
• Manage and coach a team of AI Engineers to build and support scalable applications across global supply chain operations.
• Design and oversee the development of GenAI applications, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and document intelligence.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, version control, automated testing, and prompt management.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, incident response, and performance evaluation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise architecture requirements.
• Evaluate and select models, frameworks, and tools based on accuracy, cost, scalability, and security.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and various supply chain platforms.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in software, AI, ML, data, or cloud engineering roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams or complex technology delivery in a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Strong technical background in Python, APIs, cloud-native development, and production software engineering.
• Experience designing and deploying GenAI applications using RAG, vector databases, and prompt orchestration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure AI services, Azure DevOps, and integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
