What you'll do

Lead a department of program schedulers by providing guidance, direction, and day-to-day hands-on support.
Manage all scheduling efforts and establish schedule baselines for new and existing programs.
Ensure full compliance with corporate and sector scheduling processes and Earned Value Management Systems.
Support bid reviews, integrated baseline reviews, and internal projects to meet program requirements.
Coordinate internal and external surveillance audits to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
Advise business managers on integrating project schedules with Earned Value Management principles.
Participate in site business management meetings to define schedule needs and resource allocation.
Drive team performance through employee engagement, training, and professional development.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Program Planning/Scheduling using Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of project management and earned-value management principles for complex projects.
Proficiency in MS Office programs including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience using Schedule Health Analysis and Monte Carlo schedule risk assessment tools.
Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.
