What you'll do

Manage all scheduling efforts and maintain schedule baselines.
Provide daily support, guidance, and troubleshooting to site schedulers.
Ensure compliance with corporate and sector scheduling processes and procedures.
Support internal and external surveillance audits for program compliance.
Advise business managers on integrating project schedules with Earned Value Management.
Attend site business management meetings to define schedule needs and allocate resources.
Assist in evaluating goals and objectives for site schedulers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience.
Strong understanding of project management and earned-value management principles applied to complex projects.
Proficiency in MS Office programs including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience using Schedule Health Analysis and Monte Carlo schedule risk assessment tools.
Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
US Citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
