This position supports the development, production, and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, as well as associated infrastructure within the Sentinel program domain.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain EVMS compliant scheduling processes across all program phases using MS Project Server and Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Lead an analyst team focused on digital transformation, tool optimization, and training for program support personnel.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to the segment team to satisfy programmatic requirements.
  • Analyze performance metrics to provide insights into process excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Advise business managers on integrating project schedules with Earned Value Management systems.
  • Support internal and external reviews and audits regarding program planning and scheduling.
  • Manage multiple priorities while setting clear expectations for the assigned team.
  • Oversee personnel management including performance management, career development, staffing, and merit planning.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or 12 years experience with a high school diploma).
  • 8 years of related experience for those with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years for those with a Master's degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in Microsoft Project and/or Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Experience and application of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
  • Experience in program management, execution, and closeout.
  • Experience with people leadership including performance management, career development, staffing, and merit planning.
  • U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance (preferred).
  • Executive presence and comfort in communications at that level (preferred).
  • Experience building strong customer relationships (preferred).
  • 1+ years of program planning activities or teams in an EVMS environment (preferred).
  • SSI Tools experience (preferred).
  • Experience in a DoD EMD environment (preferred).
  • Cost/Schedule integration (preferred).
  • Experience leading a team (preferred).
