Maintenance Planner, Data Centers

What you'll do

• Plan and schedule all maintenance and operations tasks within the CMMS tool using standardized business processes.
• Optimize maintenance inventory by balancing workloads against available labor and managing MRO parts ordering.
• Create asset-related purchase requisitions and track spare parts, documentation, and booked labor.
• Perform periodic data audits to ensure maintenance record compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with technicians and management regarding work execution, schedule changes, and manpower status.
• Analyze maintenance metrics and work order flows to drive continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for CMMS and storeroom operations.
• Provide weekly reports to facility managers identifying risks, gaps, and resolution plans.

What we're looking for

• Must have experience in facilities requiring strict planning and scheduling protocols for operations and maintenance.
• Experience in planning and scheduling the work of hourly employees using CMMS systems is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Outlook) and working knowledge of SharePoint are required.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and equipment is required.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to traverse large jobsites in uneven terrain is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or management is preferred ( + experience).
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, or report writing/generating software is preferred.
