What you'll do

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within a data center environment.
Perform predictive and preventative maintenance routines on all building equipment and infrastructure.
Respond to and resolve customer service requests from tenants and other occupants promptly.
Maintain fire life safety systems including extinguishers, suppression systems, and alarm contacts.
Repair electrical components such as breakers, switches, receptacles, and lighting fixtures.
Perform plumbing repairs on toilets, sinks, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps.
Assist with construction projects, special event setups, and general handyman tasks like painting and surface repair.
Complete compliance documentation and reports to ensure the property meets safety and operational standards.

What we're looking for

Several years of construction or building engineering related experience.
Trade or Maintenance License (preferred).
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience with various types of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in confined spaces or on roofs.
Proven safety record and ability to interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
CFC Universal Refrigerant Certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS systems like Corrigo (preferred).
