What you'll do

Develop and maintain CMMS standards for asset hierarchies, naming conventions, and data governance across all data center facilities.
Create and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for critical electrical and liquid cooling infrastructure.
Build work-order templates, job plans, and material requirements to ensure accurate execution of maintenance tasks.
Manage day-to-day vendor coordination including scheduling, site access, and verifying service documentation and invoices.
Review and approve maintenance requests, MOPs, and risk assessments for colocation partners and internal stakeholders.
Generate CMMS reports and dashboards to track maintenance compliance, asset reliability, and work-order performance.
Identify and resolve data gaps during construction, expansion projects, and equipment replacement transitions.
Drive continuous improvement in maintenance workflows, engineering documentation, and reporting processes.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience supporting data center critical facilities infrastructure (preferred).
Experience with liquid cooling infrastructure including CDUs, heat exchangers, and pumps (preferred).
Experience with electrical infrastructure such as UPS systems, switchgear, and generators (preferred).
Experience with CMMS or EAM platforms like Maximo, ServiceNow, or SAP PM (preferred).
Experience building asset hierarchies and preventive-maintenance programs from the ground up (preferred).
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance, failure modes, and lifecycle planning (preferred).
