Lead Server Product Architect- Sr Director

What you'll do

• Define and develop product and SoC architecture by collaborating with chip and platform architects.
• Develop server roadmaps and feature sets across multiple architecture domains.
• Analyze key performance indicators for server products in areas like performance, power, area, cost, RAS.
• Create detailed technical documentation for server SoC architecture specifications.
• Make trade-offs between PPA (performance, power, area), cost, features, and schedule to define product architecture.
• Architect products using chiplets and various package integration technologies.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in CPU and SoC architecture for data centers.
• Deep understanding of chiplet architecture, coherency management, memory systems.
• Expertise in power management, RAS, security, debug, and test architecture.
• Ability to make PPA, cost, feature, and schedule trade-offs for product definition.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills for complex SoC designs.
• Experience in commercializing server products with influence on next-gen architectures.
