What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience designing hardware for data center environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience architecting and developing technologies for data center products.
  • Proficiency in boot, reset, recovery, debug, telemetry, and server manageability concepts.
  • Experience with debug, telemetry, RAS protocols (e.g., MIPI STP, DMTF PLDM), and security technologies for confidential computing.
  • Strong technical documentation skills and experience participating in industry forums or standards bodies like OCP.
