What you'll do

Provide overall technical leadership for assigned programs in coordination with the Program Manager.
Maintain technical scope, manage the engineering budget, and ensure alignment with the program schedule.
Direct cross-functional engineering task leads to accomplish program milestones and compliant deliverables.
Coordinate with functional managers on resource utilization and earned value reporting.
Ensure consistency between functional and program performance against cost and schedule targets.
Oversee technical compliance across manufacturing and HD&L operational interfaces.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
A minimum of 13 years of prior engineering and leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience in at least seven areas including PDM, MITD, ELINT, COMINT, program planning, bidding, or mission system installation.
Experience with ISR systems (preferred).
Experience on Foreign Military Sales Programs or Direct Commercial Sales (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
