What you'll do

Manage day-to-day execution of assigned engineering programs and complex technical projects.
Oversee project costs, schedules, and technical performance to meet customer commitments.

Establish reporting and control mechanisms to track progress and resolve issues promptly.
Align stakeholders on execution priorities and ensure required approvals are completed on schedule.

Improve processes and systems to deliver measurable business results and operational improvements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Experience leading large cross-functional engineering efforts of strategic importance (preferred).
Experience communicating with customers, vendors, and leadership on project or business outcomes (preferred).
Experience improving processes, systems, solutions, or products to enhance performance (preferred).
Strong root-cause investigation and problem-solving skills in complex or ambiguous environments (preferred).
Experience establishing short-term operational plans aligned to strategic goals and functional objectives (preferred).
