What you'll do

Lead engineering execution across the program lifecycle from requirements definition to production transition.
Develop and maintain integrated engineering plans, technical milestones, and resource forecasts.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to align priorities and manage project dependencies.
Establish and monitor technical performance measures and lead corrective actions for execution variances.
Manage technical risks and opportunities by creating mitigation plans and tracking them through closure.
Provide technical inputs for export license applications and supporting documentation.
Support bid and proposal development activities for the program.

What we're looking for

Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, math, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior engineering experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior engineering experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in Project Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Demonstrated experience developing technical inputs for export license applications and supporting documentation.
Experience leading complex aerospace, defense, communications, electronics, or other mission-critical engineering programs (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
