What you'll do

Lead technical planning, execution, and coordination for all assigned program activities.
Ensure strict adherence to engineering life-cycle processes and technical baselines.
Identify, assess, and manage technical and program risks throughout the lifecycle.
Direct multidisciplinary engineering functional task leaders to execute program operations.
Serve as the primary technical interface for internal leadership and external customers.
Oversee technical performance across software, infrastructure, networking, and operations support.
Coordinate with functional managers on Earned Value reporting and labor tracking.
Manage technical compliance across manufacturing and hardware/logistics operations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Experience in Software/Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering (including Test Engineering), or Project Engineering.
An active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility).
Experience performing in a Project Engineering or similar role (preferred).
Leadership skills such as Task Leader, IPT Leader, or Functional Management (preferred).
Experience with VIP/SAM aircraft, Agile methodology, or Atlassian tools (preferred).
