What you'll do

Lead technical planning, execution, and coordination for all assigned program activities.
Ensure strict adherence to engineering life-cycle processes and established technical baselines.
Identify, assess, and manage both technical and program risks throughout the lifecycle.
Coordinate operations across multidisciplinary engineering teams and various operational stakeholders.
Serve as the primary technical interface for internal leadership and external customers.
Oversee technical performance across software, infrastructure, networking, and manufacturing operations.
Manage project work authorizations and track earned value against schedule and budget.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree and at least 7 years of related experience.
Must possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship to obtain a TS/SCI.
Experience in Software/Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering (including Test), or Project Engineering.
Demonstrated leadership skills such as Task Leader, IPT Leader, or Functional Management.
Experience communicating with senior leadership and external customers.
Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Experience in a Project Engineering or similar role (preferred).
Experience with project baselines, VIP/SAM aircraft, CAM/IPT Lead roles, Agile, Atlassian tools, or aircraft integration (preferred).
