What you'll do

Serve as the technical lead to drive all engineering execution activities and ensure adherence to technical scope.
Manage engineering execution to remain within approved budgets and aligned with program schedules.
Lead the development of technical proposals and bid support for new projects and contracts.
Translate statement of work requirements into specific engineering directions for multi-disciplinary teams.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer evaluations and contract deliverables.
Track Earned Value (EV) metrics to ensure consistency between functional performance and program goals.
Oversee technical performance across the full lifecycle, including certification, accreditation, and manufacturing integration.
Deliver technical presentations to customers and senior leadership regarding product status and project milestones.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Relevant work experience in electrical systems, mechanical design, airframe systems, cyber security, system design, or software.
Experience preparing proposals, reviewing bids, and supporting technical evaluations through submission.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Experience working successfully in a team environment (preferred).
Experience interpreting statement of work requirements into engineering direction for execution (preferred).
Aircraft certification including Military Commercial Derivative, FAA Supplemental Type, and Military Airworthiness (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
