The Lead, Product Owner, Quality & MAPs serves as a strategic technology partner for Quality and MAPs business leaders within Supply Chain Operations. This role involves developing product visions, maintaining roadmaps, and managing backlogs to drive digital transformation and operational effectiveness. The individual will lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions while managing project resources, budgets, and delivery milestones. Key technical competencies include expertise with enterprise ERP platforms like SAP, knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, Warehouse Management Systems, and cloud services. The position requires navigating regulated environments, specifically focusing on Quality Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practice standards, and pharmaceutical supply chain quality. The role ensures that all technology implementations adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory obligations across the supply chain.
Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Quality and MAPs business leaders.
Lead the identification, analysis, and prioritization of complex business requirements for strategic initiatives.
Manage product backlogs and delivery priorities to ensure alignment with business goals and technology capabilities.
Partner with engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management including planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate across multiple technology teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
Lead governance discussions and provide executive-level updates regarding roadmap progress and strategic risks.
Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones for large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive experience in product management, business systems analysis, supply chain technology, ERP platforms, or related technology leadership roles.
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives and partnering with business leaders to drive technology-enabled transformation.
Deep understanding of supply chain systems, business processes, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
Expertise with enterprise ERP platforms, preferably SAP (preferred).
Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and supporting regulated environments in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries (preferred).
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, data governance, and business intelligence platforms (preferred).
