What you'll do

Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for high-impact healthcare areas.
Translate customer and market insights into clear problem statements, requirements, and prioritization decisions.
Partner with engineering and data teams to define scalable analytics architecture and product requirements.
Establish clear product success metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction and recommendations.
Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, accessible, and actionable analytics experiences.
Support product launches through positioning, enablement, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Drive disciplined product operations including backlog health, dependency management, and release readiness.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
10+ years of product management experience leading successful software initiatives is required.
Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, healthcare technology, data products, or regulated industries is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to own product strategy and execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch.
Experience with analytics, BI, reporting, data platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise software is required.
Strong understanding of data concepts including metrics, dimensions, segmentation, dashboards, and data quality is required.
Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile delivery practices, and tools like Jira and Confluence is required.
Experience building or modernizing healthcare, clinical, EHR, life sciences, or AI products is preferred.
