What you'll do

Own and evolve the product roadmap by translating customer needs and market signals into a prioritized plan.
Partner with Engineering to ship services that meet customer needs at industry-leading price-performance.
Drive end-to-end service launches including planning announcements, scoping beta programs, and coordinating testing.
Create technical and business collateral such as white papers, success stories, and best-practice guides.
Deliver hands-on training to Customer Support, Technical Sales, and key customers to enable the field.
Represent the product portfolio externally at user groups, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Build relationships with strategic customers to validate product direction and accelerate cloud adoption.
Provide clear recommendations to leadership on roadmap priorities, investment decisions, and strategic tradeoffs.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
6 to 10+ years of experience is required.
Deep expertise in databases, data management, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise migration is required.
Ability to translate customer migration patterns, competitive signals, and technical constraints into a coherent strategy is required.
Experience leading cross-functional execution through influence is required.
Ability to operate fluently from executive narrative to technical design review is required.
Experience mentoring and coaching product managers and peers is required.
